4. Errors and Incorrect Information
MJY Car Bids shall not be held liable for losses, damages, expenses, misunderstandings, or claims arising solely from inadvertent errors, omissions, outdated information, encoding mistakes, typographical errors, or discrepancies in information supplied by third parties, except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

5. Vehicle Photos and Videos

Lighting, camera angle, image quality, editing, reflections, screen display, and the date the photos or videos were taken may affect the appearance of the vehicle.
Photos and videos should therefore not be treated as a substitute for an actual physical inspection.
6. Vehicle Condition
